When a wonderful family we knew was moving away, after spending so many years in White Plains, I painted a picture of the house where they lived and raised their family.
I took a picture of Dylan, as a child, looking out the window of his Grandmother’s house. I painted it because I always thought the photo just looked like a painting.
This was painted from a picture that was taken in Morocco by a friend who thought it might have been part of a religious ceremony. The reflections of the people in the water were very cool to paint.
